I don’t want to be unfair because maybe the site works fine for other people, but personally I didn’t feel comfortable putting my details in. Something about it just didn’t give me enough confidence to trust it

I was frustrated with how the loan terms were presented. At first it felt like everything was going to be simple and upfront, but once I got further into the process, the fees and repayment details were way less clear than expected. It’s annoying when something is made to sound straightforward, but the reality is different after you’ve already entered your information. They really need to be clearer from the start.

My first impression of Kreditzy was not great. I sent over the documents they asked for and figured I’d hear back quickly, but then it was just silence.

I tried following up by email and through their contact form, but I never got anything clear or helpful back. The one response I did get was so vague that it didn’t really answer anything.

Once that was my starting experience, it was hard to feel confident about the rest of the process. If a company can’t follow up properly, it makes you question everything, so I ended up giving up and going somewhere else.

The site was easy to get around, and I found what I was looking for quickly. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, though, and that kind of made me question how reliable the experience would be if I really needed to use it again. It’s simple overall, but the slow spots definitely chipped away at my trust a bit.

I tried Kreditzy thinking it would connect me with lenders that actually matched the info I put in, but the results were disappointing. A lot of the offers felt random and didn’t seem to line up with my situation at all. Some weren’t even useful. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to talk to or ask for help, just automated results. it felt like a waste of time.

I got the loan quickly, so that part was nice. The interest rate wasn’t exactly a gift from the heavens, and a few fees weren’t super obvious upfront, because apparently reading fine print is now a full-time job. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but definitely look over everything carefully before you sign...

I was getting a bit annoyed because the replies took longer than I expected. But once they finally got back to me, they were helpful and sorted things out, so I felt better in the end. Not perfect, but not terrible either
